Not sure about the text grabber but the Microsoft Lens and KNFB Reader both
are.  Actually, the KNFB Reader is only $19.95 in the Google store.  I have
never tried the  Office Lens so I don't know how well it reads print, but  I
do know the KNFB Reader does an excellent job.  I tried the text grabber
when it first came out and didn't have  much success with it.  But it could
have  improved since that time.
