Hello everyone,

 

On my iPhone 6, I received 5 gig of free iCloud storage. As it became full,
I decided to purchase the storage plan of 50 gig for $0.99 per month. After
my account was updated, it shows I have 50 gig of storage and not 55 gig
that I believe I should have with the 5 free and 50 purchased. It shows I
have used 6.47 gig of 50 gig.

 

If I'm looking at this correctly, I purchased 45 gig for $0.99 per month and
not 50 gig as stated.

 

Who can I contact to make a polite complaint? Thank you so much!
