Robert raises a pertinent question regarding pub:control, ie. how to define what a "public feed" is for purposes of stripping pub:control.
I propose that we instead define the criteria for presenting/stripping pub:control as being that which is accessed via the APP editing interface. That is, if you are accessing the entry via the APP then you get to see pub:control, if you are accessing the entry any other way, then you don't get to see pub:control. Thus, publishing the entry into an Atom Feed would have pub:control stripped, as would publishing the entry into an RSS feed, or an HTML page, etc etc. We don't need to define what "public" means. We only need to define what APP editing is, and we're doing that already. e.
