just a thought - cold we not use an Atom Entry for the error report. It has
a title, a summary, a content, links to more detail, etc etc.
And most Atom Editor applications would probably know how to parse it ;-)
We could do that, but do we need a structured format? The only thing
that I can see that is strictly required is a human readable, natural
language description. Is a title, summary, content and links
necessary? Heck, are ANY angle brackets necessary?
