At first I thought it made sense for the entries to have the same
atom:id, but then what happens if one of the entries is edited? Hmmmm.
In that case you have one server with one version of the entry, and
anther server with another version of the entry. Kind of like what
happens when you send a StarOffice document around. People end up with
different versions of it.
