Yes, PaceFeedsNotCollections is introspection-independent by my reading. It proposes that we retire the notion of "Collections", just call everything a feed, and then it also proposes some changes to the language in 8.1 describing how you create new resources. I've suggested to Rob off-line that he decouple those changes since they're orthogonal, he can do that if he wants.
