Allow me to rephrase. It looks like this issue has been brought up several
times, so I'm wondering why it's not settled until now even though most of
the other issues have at least been tackled (I think so)?
It maybe had something to do with timing; low energy levels, high list
traffic, some silly row sucking up all the wg's attention (we get that
from time to time). On this specific matter, I don't think we're in a
position to say to you this is old ground and the decision has been made.
