I was thinking the same thing. I mean, isn't that Title in the header the 
same as atom:title?

Sorry, I just didn't understand that your image had additional
metadata (I mean, beyond the title, which can be set in a request
header during the POST –I don't really like that header either but,
well, if people think they really need it–)
