Ah you see. I think there is a general feeling here, that this is not
needed _really_. So my point is: let's remove this, and get the spec out
of the door faster!
Let me clarify my position:
* I don't necessarily think that it is the case that introspection
needs its own XML syntax.
* The working group has discussed this before and the current spec is
the consensus.
* I'm OK with the current service introspection even though I'd like
to see it as a feed of feeds (an atom feed of entries that represent
each collection).
* I don't want to delay a final draft for such a change.
