Sorry I was confused by your first post then. I'm very pleased that its more than a remote possibility to have this in Atom.
I was wondering though about being able to identify one attachment from another. I suggested an ID before, and I think the ID could work well to solve some of the logistical issues with multiple enclosures.
For Example:

The ID element would be an optional just like content-size would be.
