Yeah, that's one of the projects I mentioned (and which currently 
pays for me, via ERCIM, W3C's European host, btw). I have to 
review some new drafts RSN. The basic idea is to finish the technical
migration of PICS stuff to the RDF world, and apply it to quality 
ratings etc rather than just filtering. I'll try to get a feed set up
for the project so folks here can keep an eye on us...
