Just a note for this thread. I plan, eventually, to add the OWL mappings to my RELAX NG schema for Atom and, perhaps, to build a stylesheet that produces a stylesheet that does the conversion from those annotations. But I won't get started, I expect, until there's broader consensus on what the mapping should be.
