If your lawyer tells you that you need to recite some legalese about trademarks, wouldn't (s)he tell you to put the legalese where people will see it with the trademarks--ie. in the content?

Can you give an example of a jurisdiction where it is useful to declare moral rights in a way other than indicating the author? Do you have a jurisdiction in mind where the moral rights can be vested in an entity other than the author who is a natural person?
