in the meantime Mark N. sent me the XML version of the submitted draft (thanks!), which I have updated with the AUTH48 changes in RFC4287 (I also changed it to be self-contained).
XML and HTML versions are now available from <http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/#rfc4287>. Note that the XML version makes use of some extensions implemented only in rfc2629.xslt, thus you'll need the "clean-for-DTD.xslt" transformation to transform it to something xml2rfc will accept (see <http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/rfc2629xslt.zip>).
