A few minor things:
 - Took me a bit to test this patch as the new subpackage 
policycoreutils-python-utils
   had only just been created
 - I dropped the python3-docker-py explicit include as it's an indirect 
dependency of
   `atomic`.  I have a concern this may actually break Ansible users who were
   expecting it to be there...if that happens we'll deal with it, but anyways 
the
   primary tool to deploy containers on Atomic is Kubernetes.
 - The commit message should have had the content you included in the email,
   I tweaked it to link to the change.
