Thanks Paulo. You are probably right, it is from Freshrpms. What is the easiest (proper?) way of ditching the one from Freshrpms and get the one from ATrpms?
The quickest way? Download the rpms from ATrpms and do: sudo rpm -Uvh --force x264*.rpm libx264*.rpm The other way is setting priorities in smart. -- Paulo Roma Cavalcanti LCG - UFRJ
