It very much depends on what mplayer and xine package you used. There is no xine package in ATrpms, so I cannot even guess if it supports xvmc/xvmcw. The easiest way to check on whether libXvMCNVIDIA is used or not is to check the time stamp: mplayer -vo xvmc abc-mpeg2.avi or similar ls -ltrAdu `rpm -ql nvidia-graphics9746-libs` -- Axel.Thimm at ATrpms.net
