Please, it would be much better if you worked with existing k3b
maintainers, instead of producing one that's incompatible with those
already in the wild.
That said, k3b-extras is deprecated, so just add
Obsoletes: k3b-extras < %{version}-%{release}
Provides: k3b-extras = %{version}-%{release}
For -extras-nonfree, similarly, either follow suit and make a similar
subpkg, or add
Obsoletes: k3b-extras-nonfree < %{version}-%{release}
Provides: k3b-extras-nonfree = %{version}-%{release}
to your packaging.
Both of these should make it so your packaging provides a clean upgrade
path for existing k3b users.
