Hi, Carl

It seems that you are braver than me going to F9 right now.

fuse-kmdl is a kernel module, which among other things, allows you to
read/write
on NTFS (windows) partitions, through ntfs-3g.

In fact, this module comes in the Fedora kernel already. The Atrpms version
maybe newer, though. However, I did not see any ATrpms fuse module for F9 in
the repo yet.

Anyway, it seems that you already had fuse from ATrpms before the upgrade.
Maybe you should remove fuse from ATrpms, and use the corresponding packages
from Fedora (fuse-libs, fuse-devel and fuse) for now.
