Hi

Actually, it's more fun than that.

I have access to a FreeBSD 7.2 machines (64 bits) with mighty
processing power (dual quad xeon) ; and I thought I could use it to
compile my ubuntu packages. Currently the way I do it is compile
locally on a ubuntu 64 bits machines (takes over 1 hour just for
mythtv) then upload the packages to a server in the US (takes another
2 hours on my 1Mbit/s upstream link).

So I thought of compiling on the FreeBSD machine. It has a Fedora 10
compatibility package, so I have all the fedora 10 packages available
if required...

Any way of compiling ubuntu/debian packages on a F10 machine ?

I thought of asking here, because people are very fedora knowledgable here.

Thanks
Jean-Yves
