I'm not sure what you mean by that, how did you have two URLs? Or did
you use smart's mirror system?

The new fedora-package-config-* packages use http://download.fedoraproject.org,
which is mirrormanager's conventional URL, e.g. the client
application, smart, apt etc., need not know that mirrormanager is
involved and to perform special steps, they just query the URL and get
a redirect to the next best mirror.

Give it a try and see whether it works better than setting up mirrors
manually.
