How do I install the beta Nvidia package (190) and what Repo do I need to enable?

I'm having some minor issues with current Nvidia drivers (180.51) and MythTV, I've tried
the latest 185.18.36 but they don't seem to play well with ffmpeg deinterlacers in MythTV
0.22 so I've been told the nvidia 190 are better..
