Ah, there seems to be some problem with my nearby mirrors:
http://ftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/linux/ATrpms/el5-x86_64/atrpms/testing/
http://ftp-stud.fht-esslingen.de/atrpms/dl.atrpms.net/el5-x86_64/atrpms/testing/

None of them have qt44.

I probably just need to wait for a day or so.
