You can get the src.rpm and atrpms-rpm-config and rpmbuild --rebuild it
on the system with this kernel and the matching kernel-devel packages.

Please note that this kernel is almost a year old, and that there have
been 10 kernel updates and two minor RHEL updates since. I'm not sure
the 128 series is still maintained.
