Hi,
I was trying to install gstreamer-plugins-ugly but it fails to
install due to a missing dependency.
# yum install gstreamer-plugins-ugly

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
Same thing happens when trying to install vlc.
