That is correct, I am under penbuntu and am root. I knew that the sudo was not needed, but its omission from penbuntu might have been a sign that I did something wrong. The sudo came from the post install directions from the wiki (http://code.google.com/p/atv-bootloader/wiki/ InstallMythBuntu).
I am going to have to rebuild my atv-bootloader USB stick. The error I was getting originally from the "mount --bind /dev /media/disk/dev" command was that I was passing an invalid argument. I screwed up my stick tinkering and am now getting the "No such file or directory" error. You can ignore that one. What would invalid argument mean? Thanks again! On Nov 25, 1:59 pm, "Scott D.
