Hello, I'm running 8.04 and am trying to get LIRC working. I don't know much about it, but it looks like with Heron, I should not have to patch anything, and just need to select the Mac Mini receiver from the list when you configure LIRC.
I tried that, then ran "irw", but nothing was echoed back to the display when I tried to use my little apple remote control. Any ideas on how to debug this and get this going? Thanks!
