I am using atv as linuxmce MD with pxe setup
pxe-kexec -n -l Pluto --ignore-whitelist 172.31.1.1
This is from PXE server
# cat /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/01-00-24-36-ed-c1-c5
DEFAULT Pluto
LABEL Pluto
KERNEL 56/vmlinuz
APPEND initrd=56/initrd.img ramdisk=10240 rw irqpoll root=/dev/nfs boot=nfs
nfsroot=172.31.1.1:/usr/pluto/diskless/56
My current linuxmce base on Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy
