* doc/Makefile.in (TEXINFOINCLUDES): Add directory modifier
TEXIPWD. This is ugly.
(html/auctex_toc.html): Use it.
* Makefile.in (tar-ball): Make tar-ball from exporting, and allow
for TAG being a date specification.
(full-release): Omit release tag check.
