Log message:
(TeX-PDF-mode): Use the standard minor mode function
instead of redefining it.
(TeX-PDF-mode-parsed): New function replacing the previous extra
functionality in `TeX-PDF-mode'.
(TeX-PDF-mode-on, TeX-PDF-mode-off): Warn in docstring. Use
`TeX-PDF-mode-parsed'.
