(font-latex-quotes-internal): New variable.
(font-latex-quotes-set-internal): New function.
(font-latex-match-quotation): Use it. Use
`font-latex-quotes-internal' instead of `font-latex-quotes'.
(font-latex-setup): Remove code for figuring out type of
language-specific quotation mark matching which is now in
`font-latex-quotes-set-internal'.
