Hi Reiner
If we like to fix this, we have to parse the file every while (when
idle for some time) and refresh toolbar in case of change of viewer.
Of course we have ton improve the button definitions for the vewer. A
refresh takes little time.

AUCTeX suggest "dvips temp.dvi -o && gv temp.ps" as a viewer command
(`C-c C-c' or `C-c C-v') and also clicking on the viewer icon launches
gv. But the icon shown is `images/viewdvi.xpm' instead of
`images/viewps.xpm'.
