(TeX-clean): Use it.
you defined a new function `TeX-mode-prefix', and your
ChangeLog say function `TeX-clean' use it. But `TeX-clean'
uses undefined function `TeX-mode-prefix-as-string', and it
does not use `TeX-mode-prefix'.
Please check and fix it.
