Log message:
(reftex-index-phrases-syntax-table): New
variable. Give ?\" punctuation syntax as it usually is not used
as string quote in TeX-related modes and may occur unmatched. The
change also prevents fontification of quoted content.
(reftex-index-phrases-mode): Use it.
