I only see an assignment for Emacs (checked using `grep -i -A3
Wolfgang.*Mayer copyright.list') dated 2008-05-06. Wouldn't it make
sense to ask new contributors to sign papers or Emacs and AUCTeX to
minimize the amount of bureaucracy?
