Hi 

I am running 
GNU emacs git master 84ec57fe06e187f41a3546131d5dae3b185c3511


    1. I pulled the latest auctex master

    2. I run
       ./configure --with-emacs=/opt/emacs28/bin/emacs 
--prefix=/home/oub/ALLES/ 
--with-lispdir=/home/oub/emacs/site-lisp/packages/auctex-git --without-texmf-dir

    3. Make

    4. Make install

I just realised by today that during the installation process I obtain 
installation problem? Warning: Cannot update ls-R database in 
/home/oub/emacs/site-lisp/packages/auctex-git/auctex/latex/../../..

Is this harmful?
