Add -dDELAYBIND only when necessary
* preview.el.in (preview-pdf2dsc-sentinel): Add gs option -dDELAYBIND
only when preview-latex tries to tweak foreground color. According to
gs developer[1], -dDELAYBIND option must be accompanied by ".bindnow"
in gs init string.
