Update style/multicol.el to package version 1.9b
* style/multicol.el ("multicol"): Add new macros. Change the
query for \columnbreak which accepts an optional argument.
Add fontification support for relevant macros.
(LaTeX-multicol-package-options): Add new option "colcation".
