Reduce code duplication in style/sidecap.el
* style/sidecap.el (LaTeX-env-sidecap-float): Use
`LaTeX-env-figure' and don't duplicate the code from it.
("sidecap"): Run the style hook for 'ragged2e' depending on given
package option.
