Yes, the Crasseux binary is marvellous. When I started with LaTeX three years ago, I took the regular Emacs 21.4, and compared to that, switching to XEmacs was an advantage from my point of view. But with the stability, accuracy and speed of e.g. font locking the dev build of GNU Emacs shows, it is the other way around now IMHO.
