[AUCTeX] another AucTeX newbie question

If you can stand another newbie question: every time I invoke 
'Command|Latex' it asks me if I want to save the document I'm working 
on, and the answer 100% of the time is 'yes.' Is there a way to get 
AucTeX to assume 'yes,' or, better yet, to assign a key combination to 
the entire sequence?  I'm using those same commands over and over again...
