b = & 4 + 6 C-c . C-x C-x
(hm, the sequence to move past the environment is not actually pretty,
maybe we should have something nicer? Or have C-c . move to the end
rather?).
I think C-c . selects an environment and then puts the cursor at the end of
the region (after '\n' if exists) should make more sense. Any special
reasons or usages to make it move to the beginning of an environment?
