OK, but it's a nice feature.

The auctex installation instructions says that only if this is not
available loading auctex from .emacs is necessary. 

Should the installer automatically generate the necessary site-start.el
and site-start.d to make this work without the manual configuration?
Or will everybody installing auctex to a basic emacs need to do it?
