Hi,
Using AUCTeX 11.83 (the current version Debian sid package) and GNU
Emacs 23.0.60.1 (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.12.11) of
2008-11-29 on elegiac, modified by Debian, the function `TeX-view' (C-c
C-v) fails (without errors or messages) with a file name containing a
"&" such as one&two.tex:
---<---------------cut here---------------start-------------->---
\documentclass{article}
\begin{document}
ABC.
\end{document}
%%% Local Variables:
%%% TeX-PDF-mode: t
%%% End:
---<---------------cut here---------------end---------------->---
Does this happen in the latest version? I'd upgrade and do this myself,
but the Debian sid package seems a couple of versions behind.
