For a minimal example, I created the file "D:\hello world\nsif.tex" with the
following content

\documentclass{article}
\begin{document}
\lainoads
\end{document}

And I ran this through cmd:
emacs.exe -q --no-splash "d:/hello world/nsif.tex"

Compile the tex file with C-c C-c, and then press C-c ` (TeX-next-error), it
just opens a buffer named hello. I think it tries to locate the error in
"D:\hello". With my full dotemacs loaded, the error message is this:
PC-look-for-include-file: No such include file: `d:/hello.h'
