Thankx Mose and Lars,
this was it:
i just added
export
PATH=/usr/local/texlive/2014/bin/x86_64-linux:/home/ernst/SysAdmin/Maven/apache-maven-3.2.1/bin:$PATH
to .profile (what i added previously to .bashrc).
