Could you please
1. visit your tex document
2. M-x elp-instrument-package RET TeX RET
3. C-c C-c
4. wait for the tex command prompt (LaTeX, View, etc.) and abort using
C-g
5. M-x elp-results RET
That will show you a *ELP Profiling Results* buffer which you can post
here.
