All the RC2 downloads are posted on Fosshub
(http://www.fosshub.com/Audacity.html) and SourceForge
(https://sourceforge.net/projects/audacity/files/audacity/2.1.0/), so
please test them.
Protocol is to provide at least 48 hours testing for each RC, and
usually target 21:00 UTC for end of RC phase.
So I'm declaring that RC2 testing phase will end at 21:00 UTC on
Saturday March 7.
