I'm using the release candidate on Windows. Same issue here. Strings remain
untranslated.

Hi,
I have an svn trunk self-compiled version of Audacity atop of wxGtk 2.9.4
(Linux, Mageia 4).
Although the translation is complete, some strings from
/src/effects/NoiseReduction.cpp ("&Noise reduction (dB):", "&Sensitivity",
"&Frequency smoothing (bands):", see screenshot attached). looks
untranslated.
Can anybody confirm (Effects -> Noise Reduction)?
