Hello,

I discovered some issues in Audacity with RTL languages while translating
it into Arabic. Most of the issues have to do with directing and alignment.
I attached images which highlight issues with the main window and
preferences.

Issues (ordered by how they appear in the image, from top to bottom):

• Main window (see the first attached image):

1. The bar which controls the "Playback device", "Recording" and "Audio
host" dropdown-menus size works in reverse.
2. The sliders work from RTL, but the '+' and '-' aren't from RTL, which is
misleading.
3. The sound meters have unwanted graphics.
4. In the timeline, track amplitude meter and track properties, text is not
directed properly.
5. Audio position time units letters ('h', 'm' and 's') are on the right,
but the numbers aren't pushed to the left, so they overlap.
6. LTR strings in the status bar aren't directed well. (This why the full
stop is on the left of the string, instead of right.)

• Preferences (see the second attached image):

1. Dropdown menus are not visible, but they can be clicked and they display
their items.
(The place of the dropdown menus is highlighted in yellow in the image.)

By the way, my Arabic translation of Audacity is 71% complete (current one
is 28% complete). I will do some checks and send it soon. ;)
